There has been talk of "scrystrike." I personally don't really care for it.

actually it has been proposed at least 2 years earlier (e called it Spy and only scrys 1):

As an evergreen keyword, it doesn't have to be splashy, but merely utilitarian and not game-breaking. meanwhile blazing a new direction for evergreen keywords. the advantage of explicit keyword is then the ease of granting an evergreen to your creatures. this will facilitate a stronger identity to {u} and/or {b} themes and archetypes.

Scry is a compromise to draw a card on damage, which for unknown reasons wotc has been reluctant to keyword or print en masse. neverthelees, there is strong desire to give blue a reusable, balanced creature keyword pertaining to the library.
