Choice 1: Xenophobia Choice 2: Capitalism Choice 3: Class distinction

Originally I wanted to do something with non-black, non-human for xenophobia, but that looked a mess.

Ouch. Yeah, very appropriate. Those are very useful modes, it may need to cost more, I'm not sure.

Could the first be, "creatures with that type get -1/-1"? I'm not sure if that's stronger or weaker, but it seems to have about the same flavour and be simpler to read.

ETA: Actually maybe "non-human creatures get -1/-1 UEOT" would be about right? But maybe that's too good for just one mode of a modal spell.

I like how this fits Velfen and how you justified it, but it does seem odd to me that two of the modes are removal.
