Another variant on blue removal. I'm always looking for something that's more uniquely blue, and not just "like white, but more expensive". Although I guess this doesn't really do that either.

You forgot to give this the Aura subtype. Also, to be honest, I'm not sure why this has the "if they don't, tap it" line.

The name made me realize that I should have called the deluges Mournfalls. Hmm.

Well, it means it taps down a defender, which after a turn; otherwise mightn't ever get tapped.

Uh, assuming this is meant to give the 'no untapness' to the thing it's enchanting; not itself.
