New blue rare, helps the flying matters

Feels like it should be an uncommon instead of a rare, to be a build-around.

As a rare, probably wants something much more exciting for the effect.

Open to suggestions, needs to stay around this cmc due to curve reasons if possible.

"Whenever a flying creature enters play, you may tap ~ and it to crew all vehicles"?

"Prowess includes flying creatures as well as non-creature spells" (although unless upcosted probably no room for prowess on itself)

Or how about looting / sneaky milling? : Target player draws a card for each creature you control with flying; then they discard that many cards.

This reminds me a little of Talrand, Sky Summoner. That had a vaguely similar hoop, cost 1 more, but made you twice as much flying power.

So the natural solution is to have this create two Thopters. That's certainly eye-opening in a way that this isn't, quite.

Oh... though do note that this is secretly a 3/3 flyer for 3: it triggers itself.

This should be reworded to not be so secretive about that, if we even want it to trigger itself. Can it trigger on each end step to play well with flash? What if it keeps all the current abilities and also has ": Create a 1/1 colorless Thopter artifact creature token with flying." So that you can trigger it even if you don't build around.
