Possibly slightly too easy to get the trigger; especially for black. But even then it's not too broken - 4/2 for 3 in 3 colours.

Seems like a perfectly reasonable mechanic. You just can't really tie it to anything huge.

It's also really easy to just Zap yourself in red. But if anything, I'd say this was underpowered. A 4/2, that can't block, in common, would probably cost {1}{b}{b}.
