For 4 mana, this could definitely be a 2/2 (wishing to a 3/3).

Oh; nice mechanic. Cards in hand to power it up, but it also makes opponents somewhat reluctant to kill the creature because you get them back.

With flash it's really quite strong. Without it... that second ability is kinda annoying to work with.
