OK, let's combine red looting with red card draw. Can we make a card that has a trade you only want sometimes? But that actually looks attractive to have on a creature? Not sure where that balance point would be.
I voete this most likely to be a card by 2019. It's a tossup between this and a red Merfolk Looter with the same ability. One of those ideas that only seems obvious in retrospect, but someone still had to think of it.
