Could also give +1/+0 and trample for the backside or +2/+0 instead of the current wordier bonus.

Card seems real strong curving from a three mana revolutionary.
Either backside bonus is fine. The real upside is the 8/6 on five bodies. Do with that what you will.
So if he comes in right before the revolution you get 4 tokens but after you only get 2?
Yeah, we should remove the trigger for creating tokens upon transformation.
The transform trigger is part of what makes the card rare in my mind.

But the transform trigger causes a feel-bad moment if you draw this while you're already revolting.
I'd argue that the tokens don't need haste. However, I believe we already have a token producer in Rabble Rouser. Given that those don't technically have haste, I'd err on the side of not haste.
