Also this doesn't have haste if it ETB's transformed :(
Haste Menace on the backside? That's a lot for just R, unless it was a 2/2.

Sure, but I'm not sure what stats we want red Apes to have. We might want these to be very much reflavored. Early on these were just goblins because goblins are cool.
Do we want 1/1 apes?
Further, this would probably be better reflavored as a citizen token producer over goblins.
Goblin --> Human Citizen. Mogg Rouser --> Rabble Rouser
Rabble rouser doesn't need Haste. Evasion might be nice.
Menace?
The backside needs haste because of the transform trigger. Once the revolution starts, your creatures can enter the battlefield transformed. This feels really bad late if you can't attack with it right away.
Oh yeah. That makes sense.
It's still not something that I would often want to attack with. I'd still like to see some evasion or a stat boost if this is gonna stay uncommon.

I think this card is super important for the revolt decks, I'd be hesitant to change it.
Its just taking up a valuable slot... no other way to replicate that functionality?
