Another interesting one. Does one need to declare their primary activity hand when the game begins or can they use their non-dominant hand in expectation of this card being dropped?

Good point. I think I assumed it meant "non-dominant hand, but if it's swapped twice, you can use your dominant hand again". And that people would generally be honest about which that was. But I don't know if that would be good enough.

Completely ambidextrous people win, but I think that's fair enough.
