So even if you can destroy the blocking wall next turn there will be a new one? Seems like too strong a self-contained stalling engine.

I could get behind a modified trigger of "Whenever a creature attacks and isn't blocked, if you are the defending player, ..." You still get to tax them and block every second attacker which is plenty if you back it up with any other measures.

There's an archenemy scheme that does the second part of this. Nature Shields Its Own. Schemes are, roughly, cost 5 sorceries. And this scheme has a get-out clause, it stops once 4 creatures attack at once. And the walls are smaller. And it doesn't have the first part.

iow: This needs a way for opponents to end it; and to be a lot more expensive. Perhaps merge the two halves together - create a 0/3 unless an opponent pays {1}?

Well, only getting one wall addresses the power-level issue. Makes it an unexciting card though.

This is still a 0/3 per unblocked attacker. If things get through unblocked one turn, you're pretty likely to be able to block them next turn. (Unless they fly or have other evasion.) I wouldn't call this unexciting.

I think Vitenka misread my edit. I only added the condition suggested by SecretInfiltrator.

Hey Link! Were you using No Mercy to determine how to cost this card? Because to me this looks like a No Mercy that makes a plant instead of kills a creature, but that's not as powerful, so let's add half a Propaganda. It might still be too good, I have no idea. I always thought No Mercy was overpowered, but got ignored because... Urza Block.

@Vitenka: I think you're not adding evasion to your analysis. This card keeps stacking up the plants against the Wind Drake, but can't really stop it. Nature Shields Its Own stops everything... even unblockable, untargetable creatures like Invisible Stalker.

Oh, I did indeed misread it as now one-wall-total per attack.

It's actually Ghostly Prison + Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs adjusted for better play with planeswalkers and multiplayer group hug.

I had originally given it a cost of {3}{g}{w}, and it likely deserves to go back to that. To be honest I'm not sure why it's {g}{w} and not {w}{u}.

Was "whenever a creature isn't blocked," therefore triggering on every creature. Also previously created the Wall tapped. Reduced cost by {1}.

I don't think this trigger works. It triggers when a creature attacks, which means nothing has been blocked yet. "Whenever a creature attacks you and isn't blocked" triggers during the declare blockers step and includes all the conditions

I'm not sure if it's obvious that you can't block with the tokens you just made

This is what I get for stepping away from Magic for so long.

I guess alternatively it could say something like "Each time a player pays any amount of mana this way, create a 0/3 colorless Wall artifact creature token with defender at end of combat."

If you're switching to an end of combat trigger, why not just check if you were dealt damage? Then you don't have to be fiddly about blocking words.

"At end of combat, if you were dealt combat damage by one or more attacking creatures, create a [token]."

It's meant to encompass planeswalkers and any other attackable permanents that might come to exist.
