As long as all permanents defending player controls are tapped, prevent all combat damage that would be dealt by Sprocketflinger.
Created for Challenge # 145 and further prompted by the intriguing Grinder. Rather than Uncontrolled Overloader which outright forces the defender to use their Grinders, this merely encourages them to.
Alternatively, this could be a bit cheaper, and have power and toughness both equal to the total number of artifacts on the battlefield. Might that be more interesting?
