Yeah, I definitely like the concept here. And I do like the pairing of both kinds of looting effect.

I think both sides might be about {1} overcosted though. None of those blue effects cost more than {u} even at instant speed; and likewise those red effects are all {r} or maybe {1} {r} instant speed. So I'd say this should be either {u} / {1} {r} sorcery, or {1} {u} / {1} {r} instant.

I like that you can fuse both lootings, but even then it's going to feel unpleasant paying 5 at sorcery speed to get something worse than Careful Study and Faithless Looting.
