See Challenge # 144. Call to Mind costs and reminds me of Tamiyo. I felt Tamiyo, the Moon Sage's +1 needed to appear on her charm since it's a common effect and a clear way to represent her. Reminisce also costs and seemed like a potentially neat concept (I don't know if Reminisce is ever used because the cards being returned to the deck won't be useful later and possibly reduce the opponent drawing what they need).

Reminisce is blue's way to do graveyard hate. The most powerful mode here is Call to Mind, I think, especially at instant speed.
