What does this do the turn after you play it, i.e. once you've drawn the illuminated card?

Well, you have to picture this in a set that has Illuminate as one of the main mechanics, there would be other cards that let you Illuminate such as Illuminated Knowledge. This is an Illuminate deck finisher.

Added Vigilance so it is more relevant if ther top card of your library isn't revealed. Its now basically a Serra Angel that for {w} more, gets +1/+1 and conditional Lifelink.
