"Controlling a source that deals damage to you is against the law." Might be more correct since laws are written in terms of opponents
Yes, especially since players don't deal damage according to magic templating.
"It is against the law for an opponent to control a source that deals damage to you", perhaps? If we're going with the wording as seen on Extermination Agent, anyway.
"It is against the law for an opponent to control a source that has dealt damage to you this turn." No matter how we wrangle this wording it has to say 'source' and that, alongside a keyword, inclines me to not like how this card is working out, I think.
