Oh nice. Interesting comparison with Sky Temple.

Probably too good, by comparison with Khalni Garden and indeed Suntail Hawk... but it's a close thing.

Yeah, I would rather have done without flying but that would have ruined the flavour... maybe a fish token? :)

I agree, I think it's probably too strong. I really, really wanted to try to make it work without an extra mana payment. Ooh, maybe have "return another land" as an optional cost? I shouldn't overuse that, it's bad to set back mana development, but it might be ok occasionally.
