Batman gets a lot of this with the League of Assassins. For what it's worth, I was thinking of Daredevil and The Hand, and specifically Kirigi, though Elektra makes a more obvious model I suppose.
The lack of space on split cards makes this card limiting. For what it's worth, I was thinking of making the One ninja Legendary, and having a clause that kept returning this spell to your hand, so you could keep surrounding him with peons. But I don't know. Maybe it's better to just focus on the joke.

I think this is better as it is. If the one good ninja is surrounded by other ninjas, he's not just one ninja any more, is he?
