See Challenge # 133. This is intended to be one of a cycle of five Lairs (hey, might as well use the type since it exists). Name could either be generic ("Fire Villain's Lair") or specific ("Pyretta's Lair"). Each in the cycle would have a keyword ability that it can grant to any Villain or any creature of the matching colour if you pay some mana, or to a Villain of the matching colour for free.

I'm not in love with the way this functions as an on-board trick, but red doesn't have many keyword abilities; haste seemed a bit anaemic here. Double strike could be more exciting, and given Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion could target any creature the cost probably wouldn't need to be much higher.
