By paying {2}. I mention in the comments for Tidal stuff satellite. I never thought of when a land or satellite could orbit another body. I would probably see no reason to not allow an orbit to occur any time you could tap for mana, since your land drop would still work normally, orbiting is just a way to optimize your mana base from the lands you've already played. But basically I pay {2} at any time I could tap for mana, now I have Solar Planet orbit Yellow Star.
