Oh, very neat flavor. I like it. You might be able to have it read "UEOT, if a creatures town would ETB, instead exile it and its controller discards a card."

Owch! Very nice. Like half of Gather Specimens. Curious that most of the time this will work like Essence Scatter... but so did Cradle to Grave.

Mmm. Most of the time this works like Essense Scatter. I wouldn't like to be the guy who casts Scatter the Seeds into this, though.
