Put all creatures with deathtouch onto the bottom of their owners' libraries.
See Challenge # 112. I see Sahala as W/G with opposition to R/B and U not fitting in anywhere. However, since we have free reign I like the idea of not binding each group solely to any set of colors, but rather the view of each city or group having prominence of some colors over the others. Anyway, since this card is so specific and blue wouldn't care about creatures having deathtouch this ended up going back to white again, so I didn't need to make it blue.
