I wonder if this should be "until the end of your next turn," since you'd have to have legends with flash to make use of or in most cases otherwise. Or perhaps "during your next turn."

Hmm, probably the first. I feel like the latter would be something easy to forget.

Actually, "until the beginning of your next end step" would probably be best.

I like that you sought to represent the Terugan council, and that you saw green in their flavor.

I like the concept here.

It's very nice, isn't it? I bet we could find some great flavor text for it.

I confess I don't see much green in Teruga. I see white, blue, and anti-red.

That's part of the challenge, really. Perhaps Sorrow could explain where he saw green.

When I created this card I didn't want to assign colors to groups unless they especially went against it, like Teruga being anti-red. So I took an idea inspired by what I had read and tried to turn it into a card, which happened to include green in the cost.
