­Cursed Moon is rather better than Night of Souls' Betrayal. This is a heck of a lot better than Cursed Moon: this is basically Ascendant Evincar or half of Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, but to remove it you need a Moon card rather than creature removal. All of which adds up to this card is way too good.

I was going to make it a coin flip card o make it really chaotic - Heads creatures get +1/+0, Tails -0/-1 ma need to do so.

Also, any enchantment removal deals with it.

Sure, but enchantment removal is much less prevalent than creature removal...

OK changed it to coin flip - heads +1/+0, tails -1/-0 UEoT, flip EVERY upkeep, that should be chaotic enough :-)

Hee. That's fun. Now it's obviously less good, but still may see some play to remove other moons; and then the chaos happens :)
