Yeah, sacrifice is the common template for cards like this.

So this wording would work ? as "Sacrifice all other moons" would imply that only you do it.??

The current wording is pretty good, yes. And yes, if it just said "As ~ ETBs, sacrifice all other moons" that wouldn't get rid of ones that opponents control.

The first ability on these is exactly the World Enchantment mechanic, so you can add that and change that ability to reminder text. You might still want to keep Moon as a marker subtype if anything is going to care about it.
