See Challenge # 108.

I went a fairly abstract route from this art, giving it two hacking effects, one you can start using quickly, and one powerful in the endgame. I'm not sure if it's too powerful to have a control magic you can move around; hopefully not since it's expensive and can be undone a couple of different ways.

OTOH, I think I screwed up the cost somehow. This felt natural as a device, but it really should be blue...

Continual steal exists in main magic; though usually imparted by creatures. So I don't see a problem with it existing here.

The second bit is reminiscent of Vedalken Shackles. The first is actually cheaper than looting has been accessible to any colour but blue. I wouldn't have said a reusable creature steal needed any other effect, but I agree the hacking flavour is quite compelling.
