Ok; decided - those are two of the three pillars of the base of a space elevator; the third is behind the camera - and she's a pilot on the shuttle service.
She literally puts things into orbit (gives them flying). No fakey stupid "This cycle" either.
I have no idea how much it should cost to give something flying forever, repeatably. I'm lost anywhere between and . Let's try as a mid-range guess.
