Cybi, CBIM of Karras
General – Computer
+1 This cycle, all modified units are cloaked.
+0 Repeat a tactic from the void.
-5 Displace all units.
We've got a big tower, standing out over a landscape of similar towers in the distance. Dual sunset.
Obviously intended as some kind of city planet. I hereby declare it to be a planetary computer. Because it's got blue glowy bits.
I... don't know what computers should DO in S:tC. They obviously need to be there, they're a sci-fi staple.
Unit or Resource? Give batteries or improve your tactics somehow?
I get to influence the whole direction of the setting! Such a weighty responsibility.
So what role do planet sized computers play in fiction? Two biggies are HitchHikers (answer to life the universe and everything, gets blown up) and "The question" (asked how to reverse entropy)
Otherwise.. they're generally bad guys; controllers of war fleets, evil inhuman intelligences, running cruel simulations etc. ("I have no mouth but I must scream" springs to mind for the latter)
So I could reinforce that - computers somehow do nasty things to units, but are smart and help you... dammit; I just made a planeswalker. Uh, General.
enchanted creatures have shroud ueot;
flashback an instant;
Exile all creatures.
(CBIM is "Computational Biomedicine Imaging and Modelling"; seems suitably potentially-evil sounding. I couldn't fit on flavour text, it'd need a companion instant to elaborate on its Rampancy)

Very nice.
