See Challenge # 106b. Here's the card from my cycle. It has the same name as Jack's Bait // Switch but both effects are in different colours than Jack had it :) Jack gets more pun points for his take on the word "Bait": mine is more straightforward here. Switch is a variation on the effect of Aether Charm, which as I said in the comments there is an effect with plenty of similar precedents in blue and some in white. This particular take on it is also reminiscent of Metamorphose, though that was opponent-only and this is you-only.
Oh yes, you're "switch" is quite similar to mine after all.
I don't get much credit for "bait", I'm glad I found a pun, but only because I couldn't get "provoke" into BG :)
Does W or G get "must attack"? W gets combat-control effects and "can't block", and G gets provoke, so it might make sense, but I thought "must attack" by itself was U or R, and "must block" might be more GW?
Oh, interesting question about "switch". I think CMC 3 or less on aether charm is good for white, and I think switch is ok, but I'm not completely sure.
