See Challenge # 106. This was more the kind of Azorius charm I was aiming to create when I ended up making Skyknight's Charm.

Clearly white and blue can both Momentary Blink/Turn to Mist. The first option is Remand or Venser, Shaper Savant, but I think white can do it too based on things like Lapse of Certainty (which was from Shards of Alara, not Planar Chaos). The last ability is similar to Surprise Deployment, Aetherplasm, Flash, and Aethermage's Touch.
