Added All's Well and Quick Like Bunny. Originally, I went to UrbanDictionary.com, hoping to get something a little offbeat. But, you know... Urbandictionary.com. Even the most polite expressions were a stretch.
Wizards have been getting quite into this kind of name recently, and they're quite fun. I'm thinking of things like Feeling of Dread, Bump in the Night, Totally Lost; there are plenty of older ones, especially in the "X and Y" template like Sick and Tired or Stand or Fall.
