Oooooooooh. 2/2 first strike that can make two other creatures +1/+1 doublestrike for a turn. That's shiiiiny.
I have no idea how shiny; it's need testing. Encorporate seems kinda wordy though - why not just "Exile ~: put counters on..."?
Mm. I fear the timing doesn't quite work out. The stack would go:
how about "put 2 +1/+1 counters, then sacrifice ~"?
it's supposed to be only first-strike...
double-strike would kinda be OP for 3 mana and would only work for rares.
now a "better" Ash Zealot
i still don't know if encorporate is a triggered or activated ability, or even replacement effect.
honestly I don't know anymore.
If you want to be an activated ability, it needs to have some sort of cost.
I changed it so the whole ability resolves as 1 ability and you activated it by "incorporating".
Changed to "Neap". Ebb, Flow, Neap, Spring, donno what the 5th will be but eh.
I guess that lets the death triggers work the way you want them to. I think this will actually have pretty interesting gameplay.
Wording suggestion:

: Incorporate 2. (To incorporate 2, ...)
That would make it clear that this is an ability you can activate. Every activated ability needs a "cost: effect" template.
I'm using the suspend mechanic. hopefully it works.
Ah, yes, a two-parameter keyword mechanic, with a mana cost as one parameter, and with the colon in the reminder text like Equip. Yep, that works pretty well.
