A nice little limited-bomb creature wipe, (its splice basically never worked though) and .. ugh, a planeswalker. Steals a creature (with later drawback), draws cards, or does a decent mill that also deals damage.

Hmmm... Oh; I know! Call to Arms name is taken.

Hahaha! I love it! It's like a red version of Bribery. I might get your Llanowar Elves for a turn, which doesn't help me much but then doesn't help you much; I might get your big stompy thing for a turn, which helps me quite a bit but then does help you quite a lot afterwards. Great fun :)
