Created for Challenge # 100 as an attempt at a Vitenka-style card for My Universe, My Rules. After making Danger Mouse I thought perhaps Inspector Gadget might be a better cartoon legend to adapt in Vitenkan form.
I'm still planning to do a more rule-breaking Vitenka-style card, but this bunny got into my head and I had to get it out first.
