Um. It's like Chromatic Star, except it costs twice as much and it doesn't cantrip. Is this quite what you meant?

Well; unlike the star this actually adds a mana, so is acceleration. Making it more comparable to Pentad Prism, imho. Which.. it also isn't quite as good as. Hmm. So maybe this can cost only {1}? It still only lets me bringer on turn 3.

Hmm. Technically combos with Sea Monsters, or potential color screw. I don't know if that's worth a full colorless and a draw, though.
