Whoa. So on turn 5ish, I name sorcery, and get to cast Enter the Infinite then Time Stretch? Or on turn 4 I name creature, and get to cast Blightsteel Colossus or Emrakul, the Aeons Torn (with extra turn no less)?
I don't think this is sensible. Not only will it wreck kitchen table games across the world forevermore, but it'll prevent you from having any really big powerful stompy creatures in the set... and every set needs some of those.
Unless this is a typo and it was meant to say "cost
less to cast"? That would be fine. A kind of Basal Thrull effect, letting you pay
of a card's cost on an early turn.
