Hmm. So this is a split card between... a 0/3 for {1} (okay, slightly smaller than Steel Wall, reasonable) and a 1/4 flash for {3}. A Yotian Soldier with flash, which is a great blocker for attacking 2/1s or 3/1s.

Nice. It's a common one-drop that I'd happily play in Limited, which is quite an unusual thing. Good job.

I do wonder if the phrase "if it was devised this turn" might want to wait till set 2 though.
