See Challenge # 092.

Come to think of it, any Arabian-nights themed card could be a teaser for a return to Rabiah. I'm not sure which duel deck this would go in, but it would go in some duel deck, I guess...

I'm not sure how it would be costed. It gives a lot of control to the opponent, but either sacrificing or getting even two cards could be very strong. U? 1U? More?

Reminds me of Soul Ransom. My instincts say this might cost about {2}{u}.

"But how can I sacrifice the card you're about to draw?"

Being sensible, yeah, it's a bit too cheap to kill a creature in blue; though it's nicely flavoured and nicely useless against "Choke on your card advantage, I keel you now!" decks.

I'd say this is fine. Kill spells in blue are rare, but this looks acceptable in my book. It ain't stopping no Rorix Bladewing from killing you. Not if the caliber of cards in your deck are other Curse of Shahrazads. ;) (Nice flavor, btw)
