See Challenge # 087. One of two cards for Sarkhan Vol in his Sarkhan the Mad incarnation (the other being Sarkhan's Confidant.) This is a straightforward Sarkhan-themed Act of Treason / Traitorous Instinct. The idea is the traitor is riding on a dragon, or perhaps turning into a dragon.

There's a more interesting alternative, Draconify. The only reason I rejected that option is because I couldn't think of a way to give it the "Sarkhan's [blah]" signature spell name template.

I think you could reasonably use the text on Draconify even if you can't use the name.
