At the beginning of your upkeep, you draw a card and you lose 1 life.
I was going to make a Dark Confidant here, but when I wondered what creature type to give it, Dragon was the obvious choice, which meant it could be quite a lot larger, and so probably didn't need to deal you so much damage. So it turned into a Phyrexian Arena.
Could be mythic and 5/5 without too much trouble, except so far no planeswalker has had mythic signature spells, probably because they'd compete with that planeswalker itself for appeal.
