For Challenge # 079 though this probably falls into Lorwyn's territory rather than fairy tale.

Eh, Lorwyn was already explictly based on fairytales so I think it's fine.

While the selkie's skin myth isn't a part of any fairy tale I can think of, it easily could be... and probably is somewhere. A little flavor text, and some appropriate art, and no one would question it.
