For Challenge # 073. For details, see Reverse Boomerang. I'm still messing around with these. Originally, Reverse Katana was the (rather different) uncommon, but I think this makes a better upgrade to uncommon, since it's a more powerful effect, but doesn't really evolve the mechanic.
