I made this for Challenge # 066 on the grounds that it was too straight forward card advantage and not enough about making things BETTER for simic. But I suspected there would be several simic card draw cards just because it was too hard to avoid, and indeed there are. (None quite this stark, but it's hard to say this is un-simic.)
