It's... a tower of Cheeseclocks! Like cheescake; but timier!
Well; that's my flavourtext written. Now; what does it DO? I haven't done a sorcery yet; so that's one arbitary contraint added. Oooh; I just had a STRANGE idea for "Ok, does that guy have a combat trick I didn't think of?"
Let's go with it. Card is the far side of 'un' in result; but I like it anyway.
Strange. It's like a better Final Fortune, minus the confusion at the end when you don't win. While I know this card would never be printed in black border land, I do like the fact that you could use this card to see if you would win, even if you don't think it will happen. "Oh. You have a combat trick. Well, my creatures never attacked then. Ninny, ninny."
Yeah; that's pretty much the intended sane use of it. As you say, far too un to actually end up in a real set.
And the insane use? Play this, then something with a random element. How about a deck that plays Warp World after this for example? Utterly utterly horrible to do the reset part, too.
