For Challenge # 058

All I did was change 'soldiers' to 'creatures' and gave it a name.

Mostly better than Righteous Blow, but not if they're just attacking or blocking with one creature. Somewhat reminiscent of Fire at Will, but again, the requirement for two targets makes it pretty interesting. Pretty reasonable.

Yeah, I don't know whether wizards would think the targeting restriction was too confusing, but I think it'll play interestingly and the flavour is really great.

Strangely, the very confounding random flavor text works well with the name and mechanic. I could even imagine the artwork consisting of two military units, flying the same flag, launching an attack on one another.
