Made for Challenge # 043. I used Jace's Ingenuity as a reference point, but I'm still not sure if it should be 3 cards or 4. Four is probably ok, seeing how Jace's Ingenuity wasn't quite good enough to see a lot of constructed. In any case, I'm sure Spike will both love drawing a lot of cards, and also dreaming up scenarios about what the best free card to cast will be in any given matchup. Also worth noting that you can chain these for almost INFINITE CARDS!!!1

Actually, maybe 8CC is a better place for this card, 7 may be too good

went back down to 7CC and reduced the draw to 3 cards to make it more castable for Spike; I think the 2nd ability is good enough that it's worth spending {2} more than Jace's Ingenuity
