Looks very solid; like Agent of Masks crossed with Nightshade Seer, or perhaps Bloodthirsty Ogre. May turn out to be a little too good, but hey, I guess it's fine for even an uncommon planeswalker to be a bit of a Limited bomb. Nice one.

@Alex: Thanks! I'd want to playtest him in the set and see if his CC should be bumped up by {1} or if his starting loyalty should be changed. But yeah, this would be one of the stronger uncommons, probably.
