How does the timing work on that first ability? Turn 1 Land Grant not to find anything, but just to nug for 6 (or more if you're stocking multiples)?

Also, Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant allows you to reveal your hand any number of times for free. Does this stay in your hand each time and allow you to draw the deck (assuming 300 damage isn't enough for some reason)?

There was a lot of concern over this mechanic on The Great Designer Search 2, for roughly the same reasons. The rules doesn't handle when, and how often you reveal, very well. I don't even think you get a warning for revealing cards in your hand to your opponent. For example, if my opponent was at 3 life, had counter magic up, and some options, but not enough mana to use them all, and I had two Lightning Bolts in my hand, I'd probably just reveal them so that he didn't have to think too hard, and we could go on to game 3. Could you imagine getting a warning for that?

I'm not saying that the rules can't be changed and/or better interpreted. Personally, I think the judges were a bit too harsh on Reveally McDesigner, since most great ideas are based on crazy ideas. I'm just passing on what I know.

Most of these problems would be solved if it said "If a spell or ability an opponent controls would cause you to reveal ~, ..." If you're worried about continuous revelation (e.g. Telepathy), it could exile itself on resolution. It's plenty powerful already.

I need to invent a "like" Macro. Some smiley or password that says "The previous commentor, in this case Dude, has a really good idea."

Maybe "+1"?

Hmm... Wikipedia time...

The cheerleader emoticon seems appropriate, but, um, is a cheerleader: \0/ Edit: Oh, and the asterisks just turn things into italics in the comment box... that's right...
The high five emoticon seems doable, but infers that the other person is agreeing to give me a high five, and/or, it's a bit incomprehensible if you don't know what it is.: o/\o
Evidenty, you can use stars in HTML. I did not know that: ☆!

You can use asterisks in comments if you prefix them with backslashes. That is, \*\0/\* turns into *\0/*.

That is much too convoluted. I prefer giving stars. For example, your comment has just received 3 stars, since while I'm not immediately using it, it is good to know. @Alex: ★★★

Um. Ok. Alex? Now I want to be able to hide comments.

Bwahahaha!

Sorry for derailing your card thread, DFR :P
