That's pretty awesome and terrible at the same time. Cool. Kind of makes me wonder why we haven't seen a similar blue card do this (you know... non-random like).

Add "If you do"? Because otherwise, it's not a playful puppy; it's an angry fireball spitting rottweiller.

Naah. I'm happy for red looting to reward people emptying their hand. Wizards don't like doing it, but I think it's a nice red take on card advantage.
