ROFL, that's great.
Yeah, a card is definitely a cost, so zero-cost cards are definitely valid. Zero-cost instants are risky because you never know when you can be safe from them, but are ok sometimes (phyrexian mana went a bit far, but was fine in theory). And I'm happy with nerfing planeswalkers, although I don't know if wizards would be or not; I think this would be playable in many standard decks if there were many plansewalkers in the metagame, because they're just so good. (Though I'm not sure.)
Nice. Sadly it looks like Tarmogoyf put sorceries as one of the last two.
